About
Tyler Daniel is an associate with Cummins, Goodman, Denley & Vickers P.C. Mr. Daniel’s practice focuses on OSHA, workers’ compensation and other administrative law defense. Before joining the firm, Mr. Daniel worked with the Multnomah County District Attorney, and honed his skills while working through various internships.
When Mr. Daniel is not practicing law, he can be found cheering on his favorite teams the Trailblazers and the Cleveland Browns; enjoying the outdoors while camping across the Pacific Northwest or exploring historical sites around the globe.
My decision to pursue a career in law stemmed from my passion for problem solving and finding solutions to complex puzzles. I became an attorney because I believe I can provide a unique analytical framework to assist my clients in solving their legal issues.
The aspects I enjoy most about being an attorney are the process of developing a tailored strategy for each case and coming up with creative ways to carefully solve problems as they arise.
